This is a transcription of two letters from Ralph Munro's father that Mr. Munro transcribed because he thought it would be of interest to those working at the Legislature of Washington State. The transmittal note of Ralph Munro and the letters mention copies of photographs. But, at this time (12/2007) the photos or negatives are not with the letters. The two letters are signed "Love, Pa." The transmittal note and transcription of the letters are on legal (11 x 14) State of Washington Legislature stationery.

Mr. Ralph Munro's father, George Alexander Munro, had written in a letter to Ralph Munro of his remembrances that he had about the construction of the stone and marble by the stone-cutters when they were constructing the Capitol Building in Olympia, WA.
